Who authenticated the designer jewelry?
AUTHENTICATE JEWELRY.COM They are a third party entity. They are highly recommended in the estate sale and appraisal industry. A group of professionals with years of experience. One of the first companies to implement AI-assisted authentication. We have a business account with them and only items that passed the authentication have been listed.
Can I return an item if I don't like it in person?
Absolutely! You can return any items for any reason. Just let us know by sending us a message or email as soon as you can. We will send you a prepaid USPS shipping label to return the item within 30 days. Please return it in the same condition as it was received or we may not be able to process your refund.
What if I want a authenticity certificate to come with my item?
Unfortunately we are not able to provide you with certificates. We have a corporate account with a third party company who does the authentication process. Not to worry though because we offer you a full 30 days to return your item free of charge if you do have any reservations. We do not charge a restocking fee.
